Junior Accountant

**Job Title: Junior Accountant** **Experience Required:** 6 Months – 1 Year **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT **Location: Onsite** – DHA Phase 2, Gate 1 (Next to PSO Pump), Main GT Road, Islamabad **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of accounting and is looking to grow in a structured, fast\-paced environment. You will work closely with senior team members to manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping tasks for US\-based clients across multiple industries. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in managing day\-to\-day bookkeeping activities * Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries * Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations * Assist in preparing monthly financial reports * Help with cleanup and catch\-up bookkeeping * Maintain organized financial records and documentation * Coordinate with team members to ensure timely task completion * Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or ACCA/CA part\-qualified or fully qualified, or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline * 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping * Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting * Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is a plus * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication skills in English * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines **What We’re Looking For** * Willingness to learn and grow * Strong work ethic and accountability * Ability to work independently and within a team * Problem\-solving mindset **What We Offer** * Market\-competitive salary * Provident Fund (Company \+ Employee Contribution) * Health Insurance (post\-probation) * Learning and development opportunities * Exposure to US\-based clients and accounting practices * Clear career growth path
