Jr Site Engineer

**Job Summary** We are looking for a **Site Engineer (Fresher)** to support the execution of residential/commercial real estate projects.This role is ideal for candidates who want hands\-on exposure to **construction site operations, execution, supervision, and quality control** while working closely with senior engineers and project teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Site Execution Support * Assist in daily construction activities at the site * Support execution as per drawings, plans, and timelines * Work closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth project progress * Site Supervision * Monitor and supervise on\-site labor and contractors * Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and quality standards * Track daily work progress and report updates * Coordination * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams * Assist in resolving minor on\-site issues * Ensure timely availability of materials and resources * Measurement \& Billing Support * Assist in site measurements and quantity estimation * Support preparation of basic BOQs and billing data * Verify material usage and work completion * Documentation \& Reporting * Maintain daily site reports and progress records * Update project trackers and checklists * Keep records of materials, labor, and site activities * Quality \& Safety * Ensure adherence to basic construction quality standards * Follow safety guidelines and site protocols * Report deviations or risks to senior engineers **Candidate Profile Qualifications** * Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering **Skills Required** * Basic understanding of construction processes * Ability to read construction drawings (basic level) * Knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools * AutoCAD knowledge is a plus **Soft Skills** * Willingness to learn and work on\-site * Good communication and coordination skills * Strong attention to detail * Problem\-solving attitude Skills: engineers,construction,site engineer
