**Job Description**
* Sound knowledge in BGP, MPLS, IP L2 \& L3 technologies with 3 to 6 years of experience.
* CCNA Certification is mandatory
* Alarm Monitoring, Operation\-maintenance, Troubleshooting \& Configuration of routers, Switches etc.
* Analytical skills like logical thinking, Problem solving \& handling assignments are mandatory.
* Excel, report generation, trend \& analysis is mandatory.
* Fluency in English language oral \& written communication skills is must.
* Alarm monitoring, Trouble ticket creation \& Resolution of trouble tickets raised by customer/L1 teams. fault management on all NE'S and follow up with support in case of escalated cases.
* Support new network node integration.
* Ensure current license and software versions are suitable for the present network requirement.
* Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacity.
* Liaise with 3rd party suppliers /vendors for resolution of the faults/problems needing vendor support.
* Identify the root cause of Priority 1 \& priority 2 incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
