International Labor \& Social Security Attorney

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

to support a
leading global AI company's
Knowledge Evaluation Program. In this role, you will leverage your legal expertise to review, analyze, and validate AI-generated responses related to international labor law, employment regulations, and social security frameworks, ensuring accurate and high-quality outputs across complex legal scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated responses related to international labor and employment law.
- Analyze complex cross-border employment scenarios and provide expert legal guidance.
- Evaluate employment regulations, dismissal procedures, and workforce compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assess social security frameworks, pension transitions, and statutory benefit calculations.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support AI evaluation by applying real-world legal expertise to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2–7 years of relevant professional experience in international labor and employment law.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in India or another relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience working with multinational organizations or global legal teams is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and legal research skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
