**Company Description** We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our team as International Customer Service Executives. As an on\-demand car rental company, eZhire is revolutionizing how people get their car rentals with a simple tap on our mobile app. We are seeking candidates who are excited to be part of this change and can provide our customers with the highest level of service. **Responsibilities** : * Maintaining the highest level of customer service by dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner * Responding to customer inquiries via instant chat and email, answering questions and resolving any issues * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs * Patience when handling difficult cases * Fluency in English, both written and spoken * Prior experience working in an international customer service campaign   **Experience** : * Minimum of 1\-2 years experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a fast\-paced customer service environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in customer service software and tools * Strong problem\-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions * Highly motivated and customer\-oriented attitude **Qualification:** * Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience **Salary Bracket** PKR 80,000/\- to 95,000/\-
