**Intermediate Civil Engineer/Project Manager** **Burnaby, BC** **Salary:** $120K \- $140K We are supporting a well\-established, employee\-owned consulting engineering firm in their search for an Intermediate Engineer / Project Manager. This role is suited to someone who enjoys delivering practical engineering solutions tailored to client needs, while continuing to grow technically and professionally within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of their work, build strong relationships through reliability and technical competence, and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary project team. You'll be joining a people\-focused organization that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and high\-quality delivery. **What You'll Do** * Lead and support municipal and Indigenous community infrastructure planning, design, and construction projects * Work within multidisciplinary teams on a range of engineering and planning assignments * Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff on project delivery * Support client relationship management and business development activities * Prepare proposals for both competitive and non\-competitive opportunities * Assist with community engagement activities, including workshops and supporting materials * Complete engineering design calculations and coordinate with CAD teams on drawings * Prepare technical reports for infrastructure planning and design studies * Develop detailed design drawings and specifications * Prepare construction tender documents * Administer construction contracts (CCDC/MMCD experience considered an asset) * Support or lead construction inspections, including QA/QC activities **What You Bring** * Positive, proactive, and team\-oriented mindset * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline * 8\+ years of relevant engineering experience * Consulting experience required; land development/subdivision experience is an asset * P.Eng. in BC or eligible for immediate registration * Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams * Experience with Indigenous communities or Indigenous Cultural Safety training is an asset * Familiarity with Indigenous Services Canada funding processes is an asset * Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility * Valid driver's licence in good standing * Comfortable with field work, including travel to remote locations and varying site conditions * Willingness to travel and spend time in communities as required **What's Offered** * Hybrid work model with flexibility * Competitive salary and performance\-based bonus * Employee ownership opportunity (subject to eligibility) * Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, HSA) * Employee and Family Assistance Program (24/7 support) * Group savings plan (GRSP/TFSA matching) * Annual health \& wellness allowance * Ability to work remotely outside Canada for up to 30 days per year * Flexible work arrangements and schedule autonomy * Relocation support where applicable * Career coaching and ongoing professional development * Collaborative, team\-oriented culture with social and team\-building activities * Exposure to an experienced, multidisciplinary project team
