**Intellectual Property / Technology Associate – 2–7 PQE** A leading international law firm is seeking a commercially minded Associate to join its highly regarded Intellectual Property and Technology team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of IP, commercial, and technology matters across the Middle East, advising on complex, cross\-border issues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Advising on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trade marks, copyright, and design rights * Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including licensing, technology, and outsourcing contracts * Supporting clients on digital, technology, and data\-related regulatory matters * Handling IP disputes, including infringement, oppositions, and enforcement actions * Advising on brand strategy, portfolio management, and multi\-jurisdictional issues **Candidate Profile:** * 2–7 years’ PQE with experience in intellectual property, technology, or commercial law * Exposure to trade marks, commercial contracts, and/or digital regulation * Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills * Commercially aware, adaptable, and collaborative **What’s on Offer:** * Join a top\-tier international firm with a leading IP and Technology practice in the Middle East * Work on high\-profile, cross\-border matters across a range of sectors * Clear progression and strong development opportunities
