Instructor – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are looking for a dedicated **Nursing Instructor** to join our Rawalpindi team. **Role Description** The CNA Instructor will bridge the gap between classroom theory and clinical practice. You will be responsible for developing the next generation of nursing assistants, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and clinical skill. **Qualifications:** * Proficiency and experience in teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for CNA certification * Comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices and CNA standards, along with hands\-on nursing skills * Ability to develop and deliver training materials, lectures, and practical sessions effectively * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills * Commitment to promoting a learner\-centered, supportive, and inclusive environment * Certifications or licensures as a Certified Nursing Assistant or equivalent, with prior experience in a teaching role being a strong asset * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing or a healthcare\-related field; advanced coursework or teaching certifications are a plus **Requirements** : * **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Post\-RN from a recognized university. * **Licensure:** Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the **Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)** . * **Experience:** 4–5 years of clinical experience; prior experience as a Clinical Preceptor or Head Nurse is highly advantageous. * **Skills:** Expert knowledge of patient safety SOPs and the ability to explain medical concepts in English and Urdu.
