* To be able to teach all areas of the Primary English National Curriculum.
* Organizing the classroom, learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment and support the development .
* Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
* Providing support and interventions for students who have additional learning needs
* Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
* Evidencing children s work and learning in line Marking and Feedback policy.
