The role involves managing inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions across multiple communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints effectively. **Qualifications** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages * Proficiency in customer service and problem\-solving * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks * Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus * Ability to work in a fast\-paced team environment * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred * Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous
