You’ll draft and negotiate high\-value client contracts, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks, and collaborate with lawyers, partners, and professional business teams across multiple jurisdictions. **Key Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and negotiate complex client\-facing and commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and professional standards. * Advise partners on contractual terms, business requirements, and risk\-related issues, balancing commercial needs with compliance. * Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, and support client audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments. * Develop and enhance templates, playbooks, and scalable processes for efficient contract management. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Finance, Business Development, DEI, and Information Security, and supervise administrative support within the Risk function. **Who This Would Suit** This role is **ideal for an England \& Wales qualified solicitor, 4 years \+ relevant post\-qualification experience, gained either in a top\-tier law firm advising clients or within an internal legal or risk function.** A strong background in contract drafting and negotiation is essential, along with excellent communication, judgement, and project management skills.
