Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IELTS \& PTE Instructor role based in Lahore. The instructor will deliver high-quality IELTS and PTE preparation classes, including teaching all four skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) using structured lesson plans and approved materials. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating lesson plans, assessing learner needs, conducting regular practice tests, providing individualized feedback, and tracking student progress. The role involves supporting students with exam strategies, time management techniques, and language improvement through classroom activities, assignments, and mock exams. The instructor will also collaborate with counseling and admissions teams to align training outcomes with students’ academic and migration goals, and may participate in workshops, demo sessions, and information seminars as required.
Qualifications
- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and maintain an inclusive classroom environment.
- Proficiency in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with experience supporting learners from varied linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience with IELTS and PTE exam formats, including teaching exam strategies, grading criteria, and test-taking techniques.
- Competence in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, outcome-focused lessons and using a variety of instructional resources and activities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with clear pronunciation and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an IELTS or PTE instructor or in test-preparation coaching is preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple batches or classes, maintain records, and use basic digital tools for teaching and reporting.
