**About the Role**
HE\-Direct is looking for enthusiastic and experienced IELTS Instructors to join our growing team. We are looking for 3\-4 instructors to conduct online IELTS preparation classes for students planning to study abroad.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct online IELTS preparation classes.
* Teach Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
* Help students achieve their target IELTS scores.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

**Working Hours**
* 2 hours per day.
* Flexible schedule.
* All classes will be conducted online.
**Commission Structure**
**IELTS Preparation Fee Sharing per student, 60/40 basis.**
