The organization is committed to the educational and personal growth of its clients. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for an IELTS Instructor located in Faisalabad. The IELTS Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching English as a foreign language, and helping students prepare for the IELTS exam. The instructor will assess students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored guidance to enhance performance and achieve desired results. **Qualifications** * Experience in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language * Proficiency in IELTS preparation techniques and strategies * Skills in Lesson Planning and the ability to customize lesson structures to suit learners’ needs * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Flexibility, patience, and the ability to motivate students * Previous teaching experience, preferably in IELTS instruction, is advantageous * Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field * A relevant teaching certification such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent is preferred
