Job Responsibilities As an IBDP Fine Arts Teacher, you will: \- Design and deliver engaging and innovative Fine Arts curriculum aligned with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) standards. \- Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and critical thinking. \- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. \- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to integrate Fine Arts into the broader curriculum. \- Organize and oversee student exhibitions, performances, and other showcases of artistic work. \- Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of current trends and methodologies in Fine Arts education. \- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community. \- Engage with parents and the community to promote the Fine Arts program and its impact on student development. Required Qualifications \- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Art Education, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. \- Teaching certification or qualification recognized by the International Baccalaureate. \- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Fine Arts, preferably at the IBDP level. \- Strong understanding of IBDP curriculum and assessment methods. Preferred Skills \- Proficiency in various artistic mediums and techniques. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and inspiring students. \- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. \- Experience with digital art tools and technology integration in the classroom. \- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
