**Manager HR (US Based Firm) \- Onsite Karachi**

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Job Role: Manager HR**
**Responsibilities:**
\-Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning: Lead end\-to\-end hiring, build pipelines, workforce planning.
\-Onboarding \& Training Systems: Structured onboarding, 30\-day training programs, Day 1 readiness, onboarding tracking.
\-Performance Management: Implement KPIs, scorecards, weekly reviews,improvement plans.
\-HR Operations \& Compliance: Manage lifecycle, policies, documentation,employee relations.
\-Culture \& Leadership Support: Build performance\-driven culture,leadership support, retention.
\-Reporting \& Governance: Maintain dashboards, HR reports, performance insights.
