**JOB ADVERT: HR Operations Manager (** in\-charge of HR Systems, Analytics \& Automation) **Job Summary:** Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking HR Operations Manager (HR Systems, Analytics \& Automation Lead) to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading the optimization, automation, and intelligent use of HR systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. The position will oversee payroll accuracy and compliance while driving digital transformation across HR processes through automation and AI\-enabled solutions. The role focuses on leveraging HR data, analytics, and reporting tools (including Power BI) to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision\-making. It ensures the effective utilization of the organization’s HRMS, transforming it into a high\-performing platform that supports the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. **Key Responsibilities:** **Payroll \& Compensation Management** * Oversee end\-to\-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with internal policies and UAE Labour Law. * Validate payroll inputs including leave, allowances, deductions, and claims. * Manage End of Service (EOS) calculations and settlements in line with regulatory and company requirements. **HR Systems (HRMS), AI \& Automation** * Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the HR Management System (HRMS). * Drive automation of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and performance appraisal. * Identify opportunities to integrate AI\-driven solutions to enhance HR efficiency and decision\-making. * Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless HR workflows across all entities. * Act as the primary point of contact for HR systems, troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades. **HR Data, Analytics \& Management Reporting** * Develop and deliver advanced HR dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI. * Analyze workforce data to provide insights on attrition, headcount, diversity, engagement, and cost. * Support leadership with data\-driven recommendations to improve HR strategies and performance. **Leave \& Workforce Administration** * Oversee leave management processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper system utilization. * Monitor trends in absenteeism, leave utilization, and flexible working arrangements. **Employee Experience \& Engagement** * Support the design and execution of employee engagement and well\-being initiatives. * Analyze engagement data and propose actionable improvements. * Enhance employee experience through digital HR solutions and streamlined processes. **Compliance \& Governance** * Ensure all HR operations comply with internal policies and UAE regulatory requirements. * Support audit processes and maintain accurate HR documentation and records. **Employee Lifecycle \& Offboarding** * Manage exit processes, including interviews, documentation, and system updates. * Ensure smooth offboarding including visa cancellation, insurance updates, and access revocation. **Stakeholder \& Employee Support** * Act as a trusted advisor on HR systems, payroll, and policies. * Provide support to employees and internal stakeholders on HR\-related queries. * Coordinate with external entities (banks, vendors, service providers) for HR\-related matters. **Qualifications and experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in HR systems, HR operations, or HR analytics within a financial institution (preferably in the GCC) **Competencies or Skills:** * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills * Expertise in HR systems and process automation * Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI is a strong advantage) * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Fluency in English If you meet above requirements, then please send your CV (which should include your nationality and current location) to recruitment@alramz.ae Considering the high volumes of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates for interviews will be contacted.
