We’re Hiring: HR Operations Manager (to be in-charge of HR Systems, Analytics \& Automation)
Join
Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C.
and lead the transformation of our HR operations through systems, data, and automation.
What you’ll do:
- Own and optimise our
HRMS
across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead
payroll accuracy \& compliance
(UAE regulations, EOS)
- Drive
automation \& AI
across HR processes
- Build
insightful dashboards
(Power BI) to support decision-making
- Enhance
employee experience
through digital HR solutions
- Ensure strong
governance, compliance, and data integrity
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in
HR operations / systems / analytics
- Strong expertise in
HRMS, automation, and reporting
- Experience in
financial services (GCC preferred)
- Advanced analytical mindset + strong communication skills
