Job Description
**We’re Hiring: HR Operations Manager (HR Systems, Analytics \& Automation)**
Join
**Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C.**
and lead the transformation of our HR operations through systems, data, and automation.
**What you’ll do:**
* Own and optimise our
**HRMS**
across the full employee lifecycle
* Lead
**payroll accuracy \& compliance**
(UAE regulations, EOS)
* Drive
**automation \& AI**
across HR processes
* Build
**insightful dashboards**
(Power BI) to support decision\-making
* Enhance
**employee experience**
through digital HR solutions
* Ensure strong
**governance, compliance, and data integrity**
**What we’re looking for:**
* 5\+ years in
**HR operations / systems / analytics**
* Strong expertise in
**HRMS, automation, and reporting**
* Experience in
**financial services (GCC preferred)**
* Advanced analytical mindset \+ strong communication skills
