Role Description
This is an immediate requirement for a full-time, on-site Human Resources - Manager role based in our office in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager leads the comprehensive administration of personnel functions, acting as a strategic link to align leadership objectives with the workforce, leading the end-to-end aspects of the Human Resources department. Major role responsibilities include
- Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding, including Sourcing Strategy, Interviewing \& Selection, Onboarding
- Employee Relations \& Workplace Culture, including Conflict Resolution, Engagement Programs and Engagement Programs
- Performance \& Talent Development and productivity drive apart from participating in Compensation, Benefits, \& Data Analytics.
- Skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, and highly emotional industry, with exceptional people skills to deal with the internal staff and the external client base with extreme adaptability and emotional intelligence would be an added advantage.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA in HR is heavily preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of progressive human resources experience.
- Advanced communication skills with exceptional active listening, presentation, and diplomatic speech capabilities to coordinate across organizational levels
- High emotional intelligence with empathy and strict ethical boundaries needed to handle private personal data and intense crisis situations discretely.
- Strategic business acumen with ability to link tactical hiring and staffing budgets directly to long-term corporate growth.
