We’re looking for an HR who can handle both without panicking.
What you’ll actually do:
\- Own end\-to\-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
\- Be the go\-to person for employee queries, conflicts, and clarity
\- Ensure policy discipline.
\- Handle attendance, salary coordination \& HR ops
\- Actively work on employee engagement, retention \& morale
\- Organize team activities that actually make sense
\- Keep HR processes clean, compliant, and scalable as we grow
What we expect:
\- 1\+ year experience in HR / People Ops
\- Strong communication \& backbone
\- Ability to handle fast\-moving teams \& ambiguity
\- Startup mindset \> corporate comfort
\- Prior experience in agencies/startups is a must
