Job Description
Our client is seeking a proactive and hands\-on
**Human Resources Manager**
to lead daily HR operations and support a fast\-paced, growing organization. This role will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, HR reporting, and employee records.
The ideal candidate is organized, people\-focused, and solutions\-oriented, with strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and operational HR processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead day\-to\-day HR operations, policies, programs, and procedures
* Manage recruiting and hiring, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
* Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Coordinate payroll submissions, employee data updates, and payroll documentation
* Administer benefits programs and support benefits\-related communication
* Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting effective communication
* Administer performance review processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance
* Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices
* Train and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace topics
* Track HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and prepare reports for senior management
* Recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency, engagement, retention, and workplace culture
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in HR management or a similar HR leadership role
* Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits, performance management, and compliance
* Familiarity with employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices
* Experience with HR systems, employee records, reporting tools, or workforce analytics preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem\-solving skills
* Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
