Manager - HRBP (BPO Operations) | Roles \& Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations Leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary cases.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention action plans.
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Coach and support managers on people management and employee development.
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement scores.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and critical hiring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
- Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across Operations, Quality, Training, and Support functions.
- Support business growth through effective people strategies and HR interventions.
