Job Description
Talasha has been mandated to hire a
**Human Resources Manager**
for a new\-age child care organisation that offer holistic paediatric wellness solutions through their specialised services
**Responsibilities \-**
* **HR Strategy:**
Develop and execute HR strategies in line with company goals. Support performance management, engagement, and talent development efforts. Analyze HR metrics regularly to guide strategic decisions.
* **Policy Development, Compliance, and Documentation:**
Create and uphold strong HR and administrative policies. Keep precise records, updated to meet legal standards. Offer counseling on HR policies to ensure fairness and compliance.
* **Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management:**
Design an organisation\-level hiring plan, meet hiring targets, simplify the onboarding process for new hires \& ensure smooth transitions.
* **Performance Management:**
Establish a robust performance appraisal system, incorporating goal setting and regular reviews. Monitor employee performance closely, collaborating with managers to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.
* **Team Management:**
Work towards a positive workplace culture by promptly addressing employee concerns and proactively resolving issues. Oversee daily administrative HR tasks such as leave management.
* **Compliance Responsibilities:**
Supervise daily administrative operations to improve efficiency and resource management. Maintain accurate records and databases covering personnel, financial, and relevant data.
**Good to Have \-**
* 5 years \+ of proven experience in generalist Human Resources function \- including recruitment \& performance appraisal
* Prior experience working in startups \& leading the HR function
* Strong verbal \& written communication skills
**CTC \- Upto Rs.15 LPA (Basis last drawn)**
**Location \- Bangalore, HSR**
