**We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager**
who can lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will balance strategic HR management with hands\-on execution, supporting both employees and leadership.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as an
**HR Manager or HR Business Partner**
, preferably in a creative or tech\-oriented company.
* Strong knowledge of
**HR policies, labor laws, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations**

* Experience in
**talent acquisition**
, onboarding, and retention strategies.
* Excellent
**communication and interpersonal skills**

* Ability to
**implement HR processes**
, resolve conflicts, and foster a productive work environment.
* Familiarity with
**HR tools and software**
(e.g., ClickUp, payroll systems) is a plus.
