**HR Manager / HR Business Partner (Generalist – UK \& International)**

**hands\-on HR Manager**
to lead the full employee lifecycle across multiple UK entities while partnering closely with senior leadership and global HR.

**What you’ll do:**
* Act as a trusted
**HR Business Partner**
to senior stakeholders across the UK and international teams
* Lead
**employee relations**
(disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence) with confidence
* Ensure
**HR policy, compliance, and UK employment law alignment**
* Own
**talent acquisition**
across brands and regions, including safeguarding compliance
* Support
**performance management, compensation, and organisational change**
initiatives
* Drive
**employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusive culture**
* Deliver accurate
**HR reporting, data, and insights**
to inform decision\-making
**What you bring:**
* Proven experience in a
**generalist HR role**
* Strong knowledge of
**UK employment law**
* Confidence managing complex
**employee relations cases**
* Experience working with
**senior stakeholders**
* Exposure to
**multi\-country or multi\-brand environments**
(preferred)
* Agile, proactive mindset suited to a fast\-paced organisation
* **CIPD Level 5\+**
(or equivalent)
