Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. In addition, this role will handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, HR reporting, and support training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in people management.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and basic HR reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
- Experience in a tech, digital marketing, or startup environment is an advantage, along with interest in AI-driven business solutions.
