Job Description

Position: HR \& Administration Specialist Expert Network

Type: Part-time position

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration workflows.
  • Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
  • Provide structured documentation and guidance on HR best practices.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative initiatives.
  • Apply HR expertise to support AI-driven research and enterprise projects.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or administrative management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, benefits administration, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational capability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
