Human Resources Manager - Perfume Industry

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Human Resources Manager

to oversee all HR functions and support business growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development, preferably within the perfume, fashion, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or trading sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and workplace culture.
• Handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• Manage performance management systems, appraisals, and career development programs.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee records.
• Support workforce planning and manpower requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters.
• Lead employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication between management and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
• Experience managing HR functions for an organization with 200+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Experience within perfume, fashion, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
