Profile: HR Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Manage employee engagement and HR operations.
* Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
* Handle employee relations and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
**Requirements:**
* Strong recruitment and HR operations experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage employee lifecycle independently.
* Knowledge of HRMS and payroll processes preferred.
