Mittal Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to handle end\-to\-end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance management. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding process * Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations * Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.) * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures * Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling * Maintain employee records and HR documentation * Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes * Support management in HR planning and decision\-making * Handle HR Team * HRMS Software Handling (Keka, Zoho, etc.) **Qualification \& Experience:** * MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field * 8\+ years of experience in HR (Real Estate preferred)
