Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with legal requirements. Responsibilities include managing HR programs, developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns. The HR Manager will also support training initiatives, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights
- Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries is advantageous
