Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
1\. Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, flexible workforce planning, and talent pipeline development, and company administrator work.
2\. HR Operations: Execute and standardize processes for attendance, scheduling, leave, onboarding, and offboarding.
3\. Employee Relations \& Conflict Prevention: Proactively manage and resolve disputes relatd to scheduling, performance evaluations, etc., to foster a fair environment and ensure team stability.
4\. Team Cohesion Building: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance teamwork and morale.
5\. Performance \& Incentive Management: Design business\-oriented performance programs and compensation/incentive structures (e.g., safety awards, perfect attendance awards) to promote stability and safety.
6\. Support line managers with other business\-related HR tasks as required.
**Qualifications:**
**Education \& Experience:**
1\. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2\. 5 years or more of HR or HRBP experience. A background in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred.
3\. Strong understanding of local labor market practices.
**Regulatory \& Compliance Expertise:**
1\. In\-depth knowledge of Swedish Labor Law (LAS), the Work Environment Act (Arbetsmiljölagen), Collective Bargaining Agreements (Kollektivavtal), and Anti\-Discrimination Laws (Diskrimineringslagar).
2\. Familiarity with chemical\-related company and proven experience in long\-term collaboration with labor unions are preferred.
3\. Fluency in Swedish and English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
