We’re looking for an HR \& Talent Acquisition Executive who’s hands\-on, organized, and passionate about building great teams.
**✨ What You’ll Do:**
\* Handle HR operations \& employee records
\* Assist with onboarding, policies \& employee relations
\* Support hiring for brokers \& support teams
\* Organize and support workplace engagement activities \& team culture initiatives 🎉
**✅ What We’re Looking For:**
\* Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
\* 2–4 years in HR and/or recruitment
\* Real estate experience is a plus 🏡
\* Energetic, organized \& people\-oriented
