Human Resources Manager

Sometimes it’s about value and sometimes it’s about fashion, in all cases, we’re here to ensure the end user is completely satisfied with their purchase. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a strategic and hands\-on HR Manager to support our off\-price/mass market fashion business. This role will partner closely with leadership across corporate functions—including finance, marketing, design, production, and wholesale sales—to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced, cost\-conscious environment and can balance strategic thinking with day\-to\-day HR execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a trusted HR business partner to leaders across corporate departments * Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives * Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution * Partner with recruiting to ensure effective hiring strategies and strong candidate experience * Drive performance review processes, goal setting, and succession planning * Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention) and provide actionable insights * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies * Lead and support HR programs including onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives * Collaborate with leadership to reinforce company culture and values in a fast\-paced retail environment **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 5–8\+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within retail, fashion, or consumer\-driven industries * Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices * Experience supporting corporate business functions (finance, marketing, design, production, wholesale, etc.) * Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders * Strong problem\-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills * Experience with HRIS systems and data\-driven decision making **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in off\-price or value\-driven retail organizations such as TJX Companies, Ross Stores, or Burlington Stores * Ability to operate effectively in a fast\-paced, lean environment with shifting priorities * Strong business acumen and understanding of retail financial drivers * Experience leading change management initiatives **Work Environment:** * Fast\-paced, deadline\-driven corporate environment * High level of cross\-functional collaboration with leadership teams **Salary Disclosure:** Majesty Brands is committed to offering a compensation package that reflects the qualifications and experience of the individual. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. While the posted salary range is $90\-125k we recognize the value of exceptional talent and are open to negotiation for the right candidate.
