**The Role**
The People Operations Manager role is a generalist HR partnering role that is reporting directly into the People Director.
**Main Duties**
* HR policies \& procedures
* Employee Relations
* Developing HR function
* Projects
**The Successful Candidate**
The successful candidate will have a proven track record across generalist HR with a willingness to develop the people function for this organisation.
**What’s on offer?**
The People Operations Manager comes with a competitive salary of circa £50,000 with good benefits. The role supports hybrid working.
