Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and people\-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and support HR operations at our Jacksonville facility. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the organization. This is a hands\-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day\-to\-day HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management * Manage and oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance * Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave programs, while supporting employees with benefit\-related inquiries * Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development * Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, etc.) * Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data and reporting * Develop and implement training programs, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives * Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a positive workplace culture * Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve performance and decision\-making Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 5\+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or management responsibilities * Strong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment law * Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills * Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office * SHRM\-CP, SHRM\-SCP, or PHR certification preferred -
