Job Description
Permanent
International Law Firm
London (Liverpool Street)
Hybrid (2 days in the office)
This is one of those HR roles where you'll genuinely be able to influence the business. You'll join a highly regarded international law firm and work closely with an experienced Head of HR, partnering with senior stakeholders across the London office.
You'll be trusted to use your judgement, build credible relationships, and make a visible impact across the firm.
The role offers a broad mix of operational and strategic HR. One day you could be advising partners on a complex employee relations matter, the next you'll be contributing to firm-wide people initiatives, talent discussions, or organisational change projects.
You'll lead and develop a small HR team, whilst working alongside specialists in areas such as Recruitment, Learning \& Development and Diversity \& Inclusion. It's a collaborative environment where HR is viewed as a genuine business partner rather than simply a support function.
This is a firm that values high-quality HR. Senior leaders are engaged, people-focused and understand the importance of attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes and help shape the employee experience across the business. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded HR professional with strong business partnering and employee relations experience.
Whilst the firm's preference is to find someone already working within a law firm, individuals from the wider professional services market will also be considered.
You'll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, managing complex people matters and leading change within a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Previous experience managing and developing HR team members is also important.
If you're looking for a role where you can build strong relationships, work closely with senior leaders and genuinely add value to the business, we'd love to hear from you.
