Do not apply if you do not.** I’m currently recruiting for an **HR Manager** opportunity with a well established, Toronto based multi brand hospitality group known for creating premium dining experiences. **About the company** This organization has been operating in Toronto since the early 2000s and has built a strong reputation for high end restaurant concepts focused on culinary innovation, elevated service, and memorable guest experiences. Their portfolio includes several recognized establishments across the GTA, and they continue to play an important role in shaping Toronto’s modern dining scene. **Key responsibilities** In this role, you will oversee HR operations across multiple locations, including: • Ensuring compliance with ESA, workplace health and safety standards, and HR best practices • Leading employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and progressive discipline processes • Managing WSIB claims, return\-to\-work programs, and incident reporting • Driving full\-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried roles in a high\-volume environment • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation • Partnering closely with leadership to build structure and support business growth Fully onsite role based in downtown Toronto.
