This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
Flexible, hybrid schedule offering 1 day remote per week, and all banking holidays off.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
**Responsibilities**
* Oversee end\-to\-end HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in background checks, employee documentation, and contract changes.
* Guide new hires through orientation and coordinate with leaders on seamless team integration.
* Employee relations and culture building.
* Support leadership with headcount planning, compensation coordination, and workforce analytics.
* Track KPIs including turnover, retention, productivity, and exit interview insights to support data\-driven HR strategy.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably within a sales\-driven or fast\-paced environment.
* Strong foundation in HR operations, policy creation, compliance management, and accountability practices.
* Strong Excel skills for HR reporting.
