**HR Manager**

**The Opportunity**
As a HR Manager, you will operate as a true
**Business Partner**
to key stakeholders, providing both

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, influencing decision\-making, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring the business is set up for continued growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as a
**trusted advisor**
to senior stakeholders, including Divisional leadership teams
* Partner with Finance and leadership to support
**organisational design and workforce planning**
* Lead and contribute to
**strategic HR projects and initiatives**
* Drive the
**talent management agenda**
, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals
* Provide expert guidance on
**employee relations**
, including complex cases
* Support and enhance
**resourcing strategies**
, including senior hiring and workforce planning
* Lead
**performance management processes**
, coaching managers to drive high performance
* Oversee
**salary review and bonus cycles**
, ensuring fair and competitive outcomes
* Manage and develop
**HR Advisor(s)**
, supporting their growth and capability
* Collaborate with L\&D to deliver impactful
**learning and development programmes**
**About You**
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with proven experience operating at
**HR Manager / Business Partner level**
* Confident engaging and influencing at
**senior stakeholder level**
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance
**strategic and operational delivery**
* Experienced across
**employee relations, talent management, and organisational development**
* A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
* Resilient, proactive, and solutions\-focused, with the ability to navigate complexity
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail
