Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include talent management, performance evaluation, training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with various teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive overall employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
  • Proficiency in HR Policy Development and Workforce Planning
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Management, and Employee Relations
  • Experience in Performance Management, Training, and Development Programs
  • Excellent Leadership, Interpersonal, and Communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
  • Experience in a service-oriented industry or consultancy environment is beneficial
