Our client, a leading electronic manufacturing firm, is currently looking for an
**HR Manager**
to join their growing team.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and execute HR strategies across global offices, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals
* Manage complex employee relations issues with strong judgment, discretion, and efficiency
* Develop and expand talent acquisition strategies to attract top\-tier, globally competitive candidates
* Foster a high\-performance culture through effective goal setting, accountability, and leadership development initiatives
* Create and implement compensation and rewards programs designed to attract and retain high\-performing employees
* Oversee end\-to\-end payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local regulations
* Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements in all operating regions
* Develop and refine HR policies, systems, and processes to support organizational growth
* Lead, coach, and develop the HR \& Administration team to maintain a high standard of performance
* Oversee administrative operations, facilities, and workplace standards to ensure a professional and efficient environment
* Manage the departmental budget, including monthly tracking and reporting of budget versus actuals
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
* Travel internationally as required to support global office operations
**QualificationsEmployment Rewards:**
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or a related field; CHRP/CHRL/CHRE designations are considered an asset
* At least 10 years of experience in human resources and administrative management
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with strong project management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities
* Highly organized with keen attention to detail
* Proven experience managing budgets and controlling expenses
* Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and various office management systems
* Effective time management skills with the ability to meet and drive deadlines
* Possesses a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
* Willing and able to travel internationally as required
