Job Description
**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions across our retail showrooms and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling both retail staff and factory labor, with in\-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and hands\-on expertise in HR systems and tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. HR Operations \& Workforce Management**
* Oversee end\-to\-end HR operations across retail stores, warehouses, and factory units
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for both white\-collar and blue\-collar employees
* Ensure optimal staffing levels across showrooms and production facilities
**2\. Employee Relations \& Compliance**
* Maintain strong employee relations and handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
* Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
* Manage employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and documentation in line with legal standards
**3\. Payroll, Benefits \& Administration**
* Oversee payroll processes, leave management, and employee benefits administration
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, overtime, and end\-of\-service benefits
* Coordinate with finance and external partners when required
**4\. Performance Management \& Development**
* Implement performance management systems across retail and factory teams
* Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee productivity and retention
* Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
**5\. HR Systems \& Digital Tools**
* Lead the implementation and optimization of HR software and tools (HRMS/ERP systems such as NetSuite or equivalent)
* Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports and analytics
* Drive process automation and efficiency within HR operations
**6\. Policies \& Process Improvement**
* Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
* Ensure consistency in HR practices across all business units
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee experience
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 3
**–6 years of HR experience**
, with proven exposure to both
**retail operations and factory/labor workforce management**
* Strong knowledge of
**UAE Labor Law**
and regulatory compliance
* Hands\-on experience with
**HR software systems (HRMS/ERP tools)**
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem\-solving ability and a practical, solution\-oriented approach
* Ability to manage a diverse workforce across multiple locations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in
**retail chains, furniture, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors**
* Familiarity with
**payroll systems, visa processing, and PRO coordination in the UAE**
* Experience working with
**large, multi\-location teams**
