**Role Overview**
We are looking for a
**seasoned HR professional**
to build and streamline the HR function as the organization enters its next phase of growth.
This role is suited for someone who has
**set up HR from scratch in startup environments**
and can bring
**structure, compliance, and strong cultural alignment**
in a fast\-paced setup.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Set up
**HR policies, processes, and frameworks from the ground up**
* Design and drive
**performance management and appraisal systems**
* Establish and support
**structured hiring and talent acquisition processes**
* Build
**compliance, documentation, and governance frameworks**
* Partner with leadership on
**organization design, culture, and engagement**
* Create
**scalable HR systems**
aligned to business growth
🔹
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
* **12\+ years of experience**
in HR, preferably in
**startup or high\-growth environments**
* Proven track record of
**building HR functions from scratch**
* Experience in
**Series A / B stage organizations**
preferred
* Strong career stability (
**minimum \~4 years in key roles**
)
* Ability to work in a
**dynamic, evolving environment with high ownership**
* Progressive thinker with a
**hands\-on leadership approach**

**Preferred Profile**
* Strong understanding of
**Indian labor laws and HR compliance**
* Experience in
**IoT / deep\-tech / product\-led companies**
is an advantage
* Ability to work
**independently and drive HR with minimal supervision**
