We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Lead HR Operations for over 700 employees across warehouse, customer service, and outside sales functions.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing HR team to support significant operational growth.
- Drive the recruitment and hiring process for exceptional employees and leaders.
- Partner with leadership on key HR initiatives including performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth, shift, or warehouse environments, including prior management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Willingness to travel for initial training at various North American locations.
