This is a broad, high\-exposure role built for someone who wants to operate across the full HR landscape — tactical and strategic — with a clear path into HR leadership. **The Job** * Full\-spectrum HR operations: HRIS, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance * Active involvement in AI and automation initiatives reshaping how the HR function runs * Direct business partnership with senior leaders who expect HR at the table, not behind it * Culture and org development work with real organizational visibility * Intentionally broad scope — every area of HR, no silos * Tactical execution and strategic influence in the same seat * Defined growth path into HR leadership; company promotes from within * High visibility with senior leadership from day one **Requirements:** 5\+ years of progressive HR experience Demonstrated experience across multiple HR disciplines — employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, HRIS Proven ability to partner directly with business leaders Comfortable working with data and HR metrics to inform decisions Familiarity with AI tools or automation in an HR context is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field preferred PHR or SHRM\-CP a plus
