**Job Overview**
**The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations**

**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and support roles
* Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements
* Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs
* Draft and publish job descriptions across job portals, social media, and professional networks
* Screen profiles, shortlist candidates, and conduct HR interviews
* Coordinate technical and final interview rounds
* Oversee background verification and reference checks
* Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
* Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards
**HR Operations \& Employee Management**
* Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and procedures
* Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
* Support performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
**Strategic HR Support**
* Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives
* Track recruitment and HR metrics to support informed decision\-making
* Contribute to building a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* **10–12 years of relevant HR experience**
, with strong exposure to recruitment
* **Mandatory experience in the Real Estate or Engineering industry**
* **Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices**
* **Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills**
* **High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information**
* **Proficiency in HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office**
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master’s degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.)
