Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Lahore, with a combination of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for teams serving UAE accounting firms. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and updating HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating benefits and payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company guidelines. The Human Resources Manager will support managers with workforce planning, handle employee inquiries, facilitate training and development initiatives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This role also requires regular coordination with leadership to provide HR reporting, support organizational change, and align HR practices with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with local labor laws.
- Experience managing HR data, employee records, and reporting using HRIS or similar systems.
- Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
- Capability to support training, development, and change management initiatives in a growing organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Lahore with remote work.
- Previous experience in professional services, accounting, or outsourcing environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
