Human Resources Manager- Facility Management Services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage).
• Candidates from Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management Services, Contracting Industries Preferred.
• Salary Up to 8,000-10,000
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within the country.
• In-depth knowledge of Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visa processing procedures, and government portals.
• Demonstrated experience in Emiratization programs and compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in Performance Management Systems, KPI development, and employee performance evaluation.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll, WPS processing, end-of-service benefit (EOSB) calculations, leave encashment, and employee compensation and benefits.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
